David Bowie’s ‘Labyrinth’ Set for a Remake
Tragic rocker David Bowie’s beloved 1986 movie Labyrinth is set for a remake. Guardians of the Galaxy co-writer Nicole Perlman has been recruited to pen the script for the revamp of what was puppet master and Muppets creator Jim Henson’s final film as a director.
The original also featured Jennifer Connelly as a teenager on a quest to save her younger brother from Bowie’s goblin king character. Monty Python star Terry Jones wrote the script for the 1986 film and George Lucas executive produced the movie.
