Nicki Minaj fires back at ex-boyfriend over his bitter song
The Starships hitmaker and Samuels split in 2014 after 12 years together and he took aim at his ex-girlfriend in his single Love The Most, in which he sings about deserving more credit for her fame and wanting to have a baby with the singer.
Minaj, who is now engaged to rapper Meek Mill, has now hit back in a series of Twitter.com messages, accusing Samuels of cheating during their romance.
She writes, “Don’t make me do this… Lesson: don’t cheat on a loyal woman. God will punish u (you). When he does, tell people the truth. The truth may set u (sic) free. Love. Always… Took a person with me to fame & fortune. These dudes leave their girl in the hood. Tell ppl (people) the truth or you will b (be) doomed.
She also deleted a bunch of tweets from the rant:
“Enough with the pity party. Just live your life… I’m happy today not b/c because of Meek. But b/c I know I’m a good person. Don’t hate u. Will always love u. I forgive u. It’s time to move on… Making a 12 yr year relationship work at such young ages? We’re BOTH the real MVP (most valuable player). Things got rocky at the end but we had a GREAT run.”
